jConfig is a java-based configuration managment api. It supports xml
configuration files, as well as traditional java properties files.
It has been requested by two of our users to be uploaded to the maven
repository. One of the users offered his services and created the artifacts
necessary for the upload. I am here to make sure his work was not done in vain.
