Hello,
I took the liberty to implement this feature in attached PRs.
I'm not too sure about the process to follow and so on, so don't hesitate to
tell me if there's anything I missed (I think I added corresponding unit tests
/ integration tests wherever relavant).
One thing, though: there was no change involved for the default skin, but I had
to modify the default velocity template used by the doxia site renderer.
