In fact the parent pom contains only 1 dependency in his dependencyManagement
section. This dependency has a scope "import" and points to our POM containing
all our Dependency Management.
=> During the merge process (i.e.
ModelMerger.mergeDependencyManagement_Dependencies()) we merge only 1
dependency and this one is not duplicated.
Issue appears when we resolve the scope "import" and this is maybe where we can
optimize
