Issue is with the maven-changes-plugin. My changes.xml file contains the line 
<action dev="Walmetz" type="add" issue="CR10">

In the report at the end of the issue, there is a small icon to say that it is 
an external link. It searches for the external.png icon. As the icon in maven 
classic skin is named external-classic.png, I gor an broken link.

I have patched the skin to rename the icon external.png, and there is no more 
broken link. In maven default skin the icon is named external.png.
