You have offered a log file which is related to Maven 3.5.X do you have also a
log file for the same build using Maven 3.3.9 ? Furthermore based on the log I
would ask why you have several configurations for maven-scm-plugin ? Also it
would be helpful to have the appropriate pom file to be able to reproduce this?
