In my project, it is a complex project. If there is a maven-pmd-plugin in
parent pom.xml which is configured a ruleset, it can't be found in child
project when I execute +mvn pmd:check+.
I configure the maven-checkstyle-plugin which can be used, I don't know why the
ruleset in maven-pmd-plugin can't be found.
