Based on my analysis the problem is related to checkout task onto different
nodes of the CI systems. Despite the fact that a file (LICENSE) is marked as
binary via {{.gitattributes}} it will be checked out with different sizes. This
brings me to the conclusion that the problem looks like related to jenkins
itself (seemed to be locked with Windows nodes?)...
