I believe this to be sufficient. Any thing more would create a rather tight coupling between the documentation of Cucumber and Surefire. Using `--step-notifications` will result in https://github.com/cucumber/cucumber-jvm/issues/263 and https://github.com/cucumber/cucumber-jvm/issues/577. So I also believe the current defaults to be correct. Admittedly the documentation of `@CucumberOptions` could stand to be improved but this was covered in [the release announcement for cucumber 2.0](https://cucumber.io/blog/2017/08/29/announcing-cucumber-jvm-2-0-0).
