Apparently my Apache instance isn't happy with serving out JAR files. I tested this yesterday before posting my comment, but now it's clearly verboten. I'm not sure why that is. http://www.scarybaldcomputing.org/files/xyz.zip is a copy that is simply renamed as a ZIP but is still a jar.
