reopening: I don't know how, I completely overlooked this parameter, but there
is a Doxia use case in maven-site-plugin (where this parameter is set to false
by default, and I don't remember if we defined precisely the way to set it to
true), but Doxia can be used in other contexts, like markup conversion, where
this property should be set to true by default
