after working on the topic, it is now a fact that we cannot use the Aether
name, that is Eclipse registered and won't be transferred to Apache
we need to find a new name for the code imported at Apache Maven.
First ideas found by the PMC while working in private on the topic:
- Akasha https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akasha
- Maven Artifact Resolver API (mara when used as package name or artifactid or
in maven-mara-provider)
we'll continue the discussion on dev@ to find other ideas and choose the final
name
