I have configured different plugins for 'pre-integration-test' and
'post-integration-test'. Every time I call 'mvn integration-test' only the
pre-integration-test actions are executed. When I call 'mvn verify' the actions
for the pre and the post phases are execute.
I can reproduce this behaviour with activated failsafe-plugin and without.
