Setting {{HOME=%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%}} is a relic from Windows NT times. The
preferred way is to use {{%USERPROFILE%}} which is already done in Java 8
internally.
Let's use it to load the {{mavenrc}} scripts.
