The {{Os}} class have two issues compared to {{SystemUtils}}.
1. It modifies the namen of the values by lowercasing it.
2. OS detection has a handful of relic operating systems which make the
detection error-prone. E.g., recent versions of Windows are reported as OS
family {{dos}} is is plain wrong.
