I'm +1 on this. This would be extremely useful if you want to do some
processing on your documentation before rendering it. In my case I'm processing
the {{*.adoc.vm}} files and then doxia has the word to render the processed
file. During processing time velocity is very limited to what it can do and has
no access to tools like json parsers, xml parsers, different formatters, etc.
