Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
This is already done in
[DefaultModelValidator|https://github.com/apache/maven/blob/2a9a07b0a188cfb5f480075f9eedb9f70a6206a5/maven-model-builder/src/main/java/org/apache/maven/model/validation/DefaultModelValidator.java#L567-L598]
these days.
