A consistent analysis skip property should be created. ala "-Dmaven.analysis.skip=true" ??Dreaming of a better future?? I'd like to see a new AbstractAnalysisMojo that implements this skip functionality, as well as provide some DataPoint gathering for dashboard, code health, and analysis history reporting.
