On GitHub, the file README.md contains wrong url of element 'Building Maven
(http://maven.apache.org/guides/development/guide-building-m2.html)'.
Probably this doc has been moved or deleted.
The new URL should be
https://maven.apache.org/guides/development/guide-building-maven.html as this
contains the building information.
