I just added an IT to see how the scm report behaves with git in misc
situations: [r1697121|http://svn.apache.org/r1697121]
as you can see, with MPIR-290, the report with inherited value is not wrong
(even if it doesn not show the "cd" command)
and the --branch is here too because of MPIR-291
now the report when there are push and pull git urls seems strange to me: it
looks like anonymous connection makes only pull and developper connection does
only push
Is it really the intent?
