In the generated report, in the Rules Summary, it would be nice to have
navigation from each rule to a (to be added) section where violations are
grouped by rules (beside the existing grouping by file)
When running Checkstyle, one might found that the Rule 'ModifierOrder' is
violated once... but this might not easy to locate WHERE it is violated if the
project has still many errors/warnings
