It would be nice if the plugin was less aggresive when trying to resolve source
artifacts. Typically if an artifact doesn't have a source jar in the repo at
one instant it will still not have one a few minutes later. It would be nice
if there were a configurable retry delay so that my IDE would only go out once
a day to look for source attatchments that had previously failed to be found.
