J2EE (runtime) dependencies of a Webapp-Library-Parent hierarchy not correct

When "mvn eclipse:eclipse" is invoked on the parent project P of two modules, a
webapp W and a dependant library L, the J2EE (runtime) dependencies are not
done right. This means that the classes of L are not available to W if W is
deployed in a container with Web Tools Project
In GUI talk, the project needs to be checked in the tab "Project J2EE
dependencies" of the projects properties.
