Conitnnum buids project twice when clicking on 'build now'

Whenever I click on the 'build now' link in the project list or on the 'build
now' button in the project info page, the selected project is build twice. If I
let the scheduler do its work, all is fine and build once when necessary, the
problem occurs only when I force the build
