Simplify archetype creation when there are many archetype resources

When there are many resources in an archetype, it is not possible to add all
resources into archetype.xml. It will be great if either archetype.xml is
created from the resources in archetype-resources directory, or <source>,
<resource>, <test-resource> and <site-resource> tags support <includes> and
<excludes> tags.
