.component wb-resource source paths in incorrect position

The wb-resources that are written in the .component file for an ear project
after the dependencies are removed when you deploy the ear to a server.
If you have a src/main/resources directory in an ear project, then this entry
is placed after the dependencies as a wb-resouce. However if you then deploy
the ear, using the web tools platform, the entries below the dependencies
disappear.
