Tomcat 5.5.15 poms for existing jars

Here are the poms.
We suggested groupId change from "tomcat" to "org.apache.tomcat".
So do we move artifacts to new group? If yes, I can upload redirection poms too.
If no, I will change groupId back.
Notes:
- some jars are missing on ibiblio, I give you poms for all Tomcat jars
- bootstrap needs commons-launcher which is not present too, but this
dependency is optional
- tomcat-util needs puretls which is not present too, but this dependency is
optional too
- Tomcat 5.5.16 is out, we can upload this version too
