Currently, we blindly create cross-issue links - for example, "LUCENE-XXXX.patch" is incorrectly replaced with "LUCENE-XXXX (#YYY).patch". Ideally, only Jira issue keys should be replaced. As an ad-hoc solution, maybe check if there are spaces before/after issue keys... (this can make false negatives - if an issue key is in a table cell, there may not be spaces but `|` before/after the issue key.) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
