Ah, OK, my ignorance of {{fq}}'s is showing then. The link is probably the
right thing to do, but I'll say that whole section on the {{cache}} parameter
also doesn't make a ton of sense and doesn't explain what the value for
{{cost}} is supposed to mean or how to know if you should set it at 0 or 100 or
1,000,000. It's totally out of scope for this issue to fix that, but someday
someone who understands {{cost}} should really straighten it out.
