Created a wiki space for Livy project at
[https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/LIVY/Home] and we will add some
articles there for contribution including how to test the 0.8.0 release
candidate using the docker based integration env contributed by [~ksumit] in
LIVY-969.
Moving this Jira to 0.9.0 to continue adding needed content.
