Rackspace uses its own mechanism, RAX-KSKEY:apiKeyCredentials, for API access
key credentials. The new openstack-swift API needs a custom provider for
parity with the older swift API. [~jdaggett] can you address this for jclouds
1.7 release? Note that we have a similar issue for hpcloud-objectstorage and
its custom URL signer that I will address. We need to address both of these
issues before retiring the older API.
