We currently use gperftools 2.10, and it works ok with ARM. In gperftools 2.11,
they did some further work on ARM like switching from the built-in atomics
implementation to std::atomic. Impala needed to do a similar thing when
supporting ARM, so this would be useful to adopt. We should try out the most
recent gperftools 2.18.1 or higher.
