Description:
Upgrade {{org.hsqldb:hsqldb}} from *1.8.0.10* to *2.7.4* in
{{{}modules/core{}}}.
HSQLDB is currently used in checkpoint and session-related core tests. This
task includes updating the dependency version and adapting affected tests to
HSQLDB 2.7.4 if any compatibility issues appear.
