Summary: [perfStat] Add Ignite version to prf file name

Currently, performance statistics (*.prf) files do not contain any information
about the Ignite version in their file name.
This makes it difficult to quickly understand which Ignite version was used to
collect the metrics. In some cases, prf files cannot be opened due to format
incompatibility, and it is unclear whether the issue is already fixed in newer
versions.
As a result, additional time is spent investigating the environment where the
file was generated.
