Another note for context as I must be using this incorrectly somehow. When I go into AWS Glue Data Catalog and `Edit` the table and hit save with a new version without changing any properties like `inputFormat`, `outputFormat`, and `serialization.lib` and run the `insert` job again it works. So somehow it looks like the `metadata_location` resets or table properties get resaved when I go into the AWS Glue Data Catalog console and edit/save.. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
