Yes, I agree with the proposed design 1. I'm not entirely sure what @rdblue prefers. I will update the Google doc accordingly. The next question for me is where and how to store the refresh information. There are currently two proposed solutions: 1. Store refresh information in snapshot properties of the storage table 2.
