This adds `DataScan` and implements `plan_files`. In addition, this includes some other changes: * Added a self type parameter (`S`) to `TableScan` so subclasses are correctly typed * `partitioning` moved from `pyiceberg.table` to `pyiceberg` to avoid circular imports * Renamed the `Snapshot` method `fetch_manifest_list` to `manifests` * Added `live_entries` and `files` methods for reading manifests -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
