Feature request: let `partition_spec` and `sort_order` fields reference
their source column by name, not only by field ID.
Today they accept only IDs:
```hcl
partition_spec = {
fields = [{ name = "event_time_day", source_ids = [2], transform = "day" }]
}
```
So every column used in a partition or sort must have an explicit `id` in
the schema, and the config does not say which column `2` is.
An optional name attribute, for example `source_name = "event_time"`, would
make the config easier to write and review. It could resolve to the field ID at
plan time.
