URL: https://github.com/apache/iceberg-go/issues/2388

   With Java's `testListNestedNamespaces` and
`testDropNamespaceWithNestedNamespace` ported to `catalogtest`, the SQL catalog
fails both. For a namespace `p` with children `p.c1` and `p.c2`:

   - `ListNamespaces(ctx, p)` returns `p` along with its children. Java's
`JdbcCatalog.listNamespaces(Namespace)` excludes the namespace and returns its
direct children only.
   - `ListNamespaces(ctx, nil)` returns `p.c1` and `p.c2` along with `p`. Java
returns the distinct first levels.
   - `DropNamespace(ctx, p)` succeeds and leaves `p.c1` and `p.c2` behind. Java
throws `NamespaceNotEmptyException` when children exist (apache/iceberg#16061,
in 1.11.0).

Listing is a prefix match (`whereNamespaceParent` in `catalog/sql/sql.go`),
and `DropNamespace` checks only for tables. `TestListNamespaces` in
`sql_test.go` pins the current listing, so aligning it changes results for
existing callers: a `!` change that fits before the v1 freeze (#2062).
