`go vet ./table/` fails on main. #2336 made `WriteFile` and `processManifests` take a context, and tests added in #2100 still used the old signatures. Both PRs passed CI on their own, but after both merged the `table` test package no longer compiled. This passes `t.Context()` or the closure's context at the five call sites. It changes tests only.
