Upgrade the Spark 4.1 build from 4.1.3 to [4.1.4](https://spark.apache.org/releases/spark-release-4-1-4.html) to include the release’s security and correctness fixes. The earlier [RC verification draft](https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/18339) includes staging repository configuration and additional regression tests; this PR only updates the released dependency. Test plan: build the Spark 4.1 core/extensions modules and exercise catalog operations, storage-partitioned joins, and row-level joins. JDK 21: formatting, main/test checkstyle, both module assemblies, and all 96 existing tests passed. The configured Maven mirror returns 404 for 4.1.4, so local validation used a temporary Maven repository containing release archive jars and embedded POMs (archive SHA-512 verified), plus the parent POM from the release tag.
