@Fokko would you have time to look at this one? It fixes #4031: an overwrite occasionally reports a live data file as missing, which the reporter sees in roughly 1 in 700 production overwrites. The fix is a five-line change in `_ManifestEvalVisitor.eval`, and the test forces the thread interleaving deterministically and fails without the fix. CI is green and it still merges cleanly against main. Three smaller PRs of mine are waiting too, if they are easier to pick up: #3992 and #3993 (input bounds on deletion vectors and Avro blocks) and #4002 (writing delete manifests in v2, which #3925 needs).
