Bumps Go to the latest release, 1.27.3. - `go.mod`: `go 1.25.9` → `go 1.27.3`. The release workflow uses `go-version-file: go.mod`, so release binaries are now built with 1.27.3 too. - `go-ci.yml` matrix: `1.26.5` → `1.27.3`. - staticcheck `v0.6.1` → `v0.8.2` and golangci-lint `v2.8.0` → `v2.15.0`. The old versions can't read Go 1.27 export data (`export data version 5 is greater than maximum supported version 2`), so a Go-only bump breaks lint. - README prerequisite: Go 1.27.3 or later. Verified locally on go1.27.3: `go build`, `go vet`, `go test ./...`, `staticcheck ./...` (v0.8.2) and `golangci-lint config verify` + `run` (v2.15.0, 0 issues). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
