## What Remove deprecated `Transform.ToHumanStr(any)` before v1.0. ## Why The value-only method cannot format timestamp-with-timezone values correctly. `ToHumanStrType` has the partition result type it needs. ## Implementation - Remove the old method from `Transform` and built-in transforms. - Keep existing formatting in `ToHumanStrType`. - Update tests to use partition result types. **Breaking change:** callers must use `ToHumanStrType(type, value)`.
