## Description The `requires-python = ">=3.10.0,<4.0.0"` upper bound makes Poetry silently resolve old PyIceberg releases (e.g. 0.10.0) for projects that declare an open-ended `requires-python` range, with no error or warning — as hit in pandas-dev/pandas-stubs#2015. The `<4.0.0` cap offers no real protection (per the consensus in #1348, and Python 4 is not planned), so this drops it and keeps `requires-python = ">=3.10"`. Changes: - `pyproject.toml`: `requires-python = ">=3.10"` - `uv.lock`: matching `requires-python` header (`uv lock --check` passes; the resolved dependency set is unchanged) ## Related Issue closes #4128 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
