URL: https://github.com/apache/iceberg-go/pull/2227

   ## What
   - Use a range mask for contiguous positional-delete batches.

   ## Why
   - Skip one bitmap lookup per row.

   ## Implementation
   - Keep the cursor path for pruned row groups.
   - Cover empty, sparse, dense, boundary, and randomized ranges.

   ## Benchmark
   - Go 1.26.3, Apple M1 Pro, 65,536 rows; 5-run medians in the filter
microbenchmark.
   - Clean: 419 µs → 111 ns (~3,790x).
   - Sparse, half, and all deleted: 799 → 347 µs (2.30x), 700 → 381 µs (1.84x),
and 551 → 400 µs (1.38x).
   - Affected batches add one allocation and an 8 KiB mask; clean allocation
count is unchanged.
