## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Fixes the "retain 1 snapshot per week for 1 month" example in the branching
docs:
1. The example used `RETAIN 7 DAYS` while the text says the tag should be
retained for **1 month**. Changed to `RETAIN 30 DAYS` and updated the
comment accordingly.
2. The text said "the branch reference itself will be retained for 1 week".
`CREATE TAG ... RETAIN` controls the **tag reference** lifetime, not a
branch. Corrected to "tag reference ... one month".
## Why are the changes needed?
The current example is self-contradictory (1 month vs. 7 days) and conflates
tag retention with branch retention, which can mislead users configuring
snapshot expiration.
## How were the changes tested?
Documentation-only change. Verified the SQL syntax against Iceberg's
`CREATE TAG ... RETAIN` grammar.
