## Summary Replace the REST auth-specific `TokenRefreshScheduler` with an internal scheduled executor that dispatches delayed tasks through an injected `Executor`. - Remove the private scheduler thread and delay queue from the auth layer. - Add `iceberg::internal::ScheduledExecutor` backed by the existing `Executor::Submit` interface. - Add an optional non-owning auth executor to `RestCatalog::Make`; when omitted, background OAuth refresh is disabled. - Keep OAuth session cancellation and active-refresh shutdown semantics. - Migrate scheduler coverage to the new internal utility. ## Validation - `cmake --build /tmp/iceberg-cpp-oauth-build --target rest_catalog_test -j2` - `/tmp/iceberg-cpp-oauth-build/src/iceberg/test/rest_catalog_test --gtest_filter='ScheduledExecutorTest.*:OAuth2SessionTest.*'` - Commit hooks: clang-format, cmake-format, C++20 compatibility header check, and other pre-commit checks passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
