## Which issue does this PR close? Closes #3442. ## What changes are included in this PR? Increase the merge queue status-check timeout from 90 to 600 minutes (10 hours) so CI delayed by resource contention on Apache runners has more time to finish. ## Are these changes tested? Parsed `.asf.yaml` and verified that only the timeout changed. `git diff --check` passed.
