Hi @sungwy, I was reviewing this PR and noticed the feedback about adding automated integrity checks for the reference tables. I'd be interested in contributing a follow-up validation utility that checks the referenced snapshots, manifests, data files, and file lengths, with appropriate handling of intentionally pruned metadata. Would you prefer this as a separate PR after the reference-table structure is merged, or should it be incorporated into the current work?
