Hi @sungwy, I'd be interested in contributing the V3 row-lineage reference tables for this issue. My understanding is that we need to add valid V3 tables under `reference-tables/v3/` that exercise row-lineage metadata and provide reference data for interoperability verification. I noticed that #6 is establishing the reference-table structure. Should this contribution build on that PR once merged, or is there an existing convention I can follow?
